A special mention goes to Mr. Prasad, who is an exceptionally nice person and truly understands customer requirements. He took extra care in planning and executing the food arrangements, which turned out to be excellent and impressed all our guests. As someone who owns restaurants myself, I can confidently say that every restaurant needs a person like Prasad. His professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for customer satisfaction are remarkable. Pocket friendly cafeteria and restaurant in Warqa, located near Mass Supermarket . ADCB atm available nearby , they serve wide range of food items . Telephone operator can speak hindi, malyali, Arabic and English. Chicken charcoal is recommended. Dine in option available at cafeteria . If you dine in you get complimentary soup and for home delivery they dont give soup . Also quarter charcoal option is available with them . Quarter charcoal -12 dhm, and half charcoal -21 dhm. One of the best classic arabic shawarma that I've had in a long time. The spicy one is not that much good. The spicy flavour is actual not that much flavourful. The normal chicken shawarma is a perfect arabic shawarma. They serve them in kuboos not in Romali Roti. Pros: 1.Clean and neat restaurant. 2.Best Shawarma in the area. 3.Kerala dishes are provided. 4.The pricing is average. 5.Home delivery is provided. The best restaurant ever! My brother and I always come here because the food is consistently delicious and the service is amazing. The atmosphere is welcoming and feels like home, and the staff are always kind and attentive. Prasad is the best—he already knows our order by heart and always makes sure everything is perfect for us. The last time I ate at this place was 2013 thats because I used to live nearby and sometimes run away from school (which was also nearby) to go there and eat lunch with my friends. Yesterday I was in the area and wanted to try it again. I ordered the mathafi and zinger combo with mountain dew and to my surprise the quality is still the same way I used to eat it when I was a kid! Perfect as always!. ~ Hussain Q

Been a customer for Bawabat for almost 10yrs now. In between stopped ordering from them as there was a drop in their taste quality, but now they are back and they have improved a lot. Ordered appam and butter chicken.The butter chicken was super yummy. The chicken was super tasty my 3yr old son loved it. Reasonable price, good customer service. ~ A M

Being a marketing guy ! Menu was Designed perfectly. Staff is very helpfull, DJ is Amazing, everything was Amazing. Cheff is not that good. Ordered kunafa instead of cheese it came with cream filled not good. Ordered momos steamed - it was hard not soft. ~ Sahir G
